Org Identity Work

School District

A school district’s Office of Teaching and Learning partnered with Bloom to lead a process for creating a research-based vision and coaching handbook. After conducting a comprehensive research review of coaching models and evidence-based practices, Bloom guided representatives from the Office of Teaching and Learning to draft and finalize elements of an overarching instructional coaching framework including a purpose statement, definition, values, and theory of action. To operationalize this work, Bloom designed an instructional coaching handbook for aligning instructional coaches to this unified approach.
